Driving Directions

From Park Slope, Flatbush, Kensington, Brooklyn College, Parkville, Prospect Park:
Take Prospect Expressway/ NY 27 West. Merge onto BQE/ I 278 E via the exit on the left towards
BQE (.8m) Take Hamilton Ave. Exit 26 (.1m), turn slight left onto Hamilton Ave (.3m) Turn left onto Van
Brunt Street (.8m) End at 444 Van Brunt.

From Downtown Manhattan:
Take the Battery Tunnel, exit within 100 yards onto Hamilton Ave. Exit 26. Stay on left hand lane and
turn left at the light (u-turn). Stay right on Hamilton Ave. to end (don’t go back through tunnel). Turn left
onto Van Brunt Street – end at 444 Van Brunt.

From Brooklyn Heights:
Take Henry Street South. Turn right onto Atlantic Ave (.1m). Turn left onto Columbia St (.4m). Turn
right onto Degraw St (.1m). Degraw becomes Van Brunt St (1m). End at 444 Van Brunt.

From Fort Hamilton, Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Belt Pkwy West:
Take the BQE/I-278E towards Manhattan / Queens. Take Hamilton Ave. Exit 26 (.1m) Turn slight left
onto Van Brunt Street (.8m). End at 444 Van Brunt.

Public Transportation

Take subway and/or bus: A, C, F, 2, 3, 4, 5 to Jay St./Boro Hall or M, N, R to Court St. station.
Take the B-61 Bus from the corner of Jay St. and Willoughby St. or the corner of Court St. and
Atlantic St. towards Red Hook to last stop (Corner of Van Brunt and Beard St.)Walk south on
Van Brunt St. one long block to the end at the water’s edge.
F or G train to Smith/9th St. station. Take B-77 that stops at Van Dyke and Van Brunt St.
